Role: Digital Lead Generator

Location: Bentley, Doncaster

Contract: Full-time

The Testing Lab PLC is a growing organisation within the testing, inspection, and compliance sector. Due to continued expansion, we are pleased to be recruiting a Digital Lead Generator to support our sales and marketing teams in a newly created role.

This position will play a key part in driving business growth by operating digital lead generation systems, managing prospect data, and delivering targeted outbound email campaigns. You will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate contact lists, monitoring campaign engagement, and ensuring GDPR-compliant data handling. Clear recording, reporting, and handover of qualified leads to the sales team will be central to your role.

You will work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, analyse performance, and produce regular management reports that help shape future activity.

About You:
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and data management systems
• Excellent attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach
• Previous experience in lead generation or marketing is preferred
• Knowledge of the testing, inspection, and compliance industry would be an advantage
