Asbestos Analyst Roles – Home Based
Role: Asbestos Analyst
Job Type: Full Time
Based: Yorkshire and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £26,000.00 to £28,000.00 per year
The role attracts a fully expensed company vehicle, 28 days holiday, pension scheme and an attractive salary plus cross training opportunities into Legionella, EPC and Fire Risk Assessments. As an Asbestos Analyst you will need to hold BOHS P403/P404 or RSPH Certificate for Asbestos Analyst. You will undertake air monitoring and 4-stage clearances, as required by the client. Although each client has differing needs, you will be able to work within the guidelines laid out in HSG 248. You will be accustomed to working alone or as part of a larger team and you will be used to working with a ‘handheld’ data capture system and quality management system records. A smart appearance and the ability to comply with the Testing Lab in-house Code of Conduct is a pre-requisite as is a full, clean driving licence.

Based: North London
Salary: £27,000 per year
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join an exciting and growing Water Hygiene Team. Successful applicant will receive a salary of £27,000, pension, company vehicle plus fuel card and all equipment will be provided. Training opportunities and progression will be provided. Responsibilities: Temperature Monitoring and Auditing Shower-Head Disinfections Tank Inspections Water Sampling Cleaning and Disinfection of Water Tanks and Calorifiers TMV Maintenance Heating and Chilled System Analysis, Dosing and Flushing Chlorination of Cold Water Tanks Managing Logbooks. Requirements: At least one-years experience in the Water Hygiene Sector and Legionella Services. Basic Plumbing would be an advantage.
